Donna Lee (McVicker) Carbaugh

Donna Lee (McVicker) Carbaugh, 90, of Waterside, passed away Jan. 13, 2025, at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center, Roaring Spring.

She was born June 21, 1934, in Bedford; daughter of the late Forest V. and Elva (Hershberger) McVicker. On Aug. 10, 1952, at the Waterside Church of the Brethren she was united in marriage to Allen John Carbaugh; he preceded her in death Oct. 7, 2017.

Donna was a Class of 1952 graduate of Bedford High School and member of the New Enterprise Church of the Brethren.
