Proclamation of Congratulations

Mayor Richard A. Brantner and Chief of Police Kerry L. Hoover gave special recognition to Katelyn M. Hoover. On February 26, 2024, she took the oath before the chief justice and associate justices and officially became a member of the highest court in the United States.

Both the mayor and the chief of police expressed their congratulations to Hoover on being admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States of America in Washington D.C.
