Two Morrisons Coveteenagers were charged as adults in the murder of a 21-year-old Roaring Spring woman. Deauntay Dontaz Moye, 16, of Woodbury, and Ryan Hardwick, 15, of Martinsburg RR, students at Northern Bedford High School, both face a list of charges stemming from the recent homicide of Stephanie Michele Waters.
