Dear Commissioners, Biologists, and Administrators of the Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC):

Another deer season has pretty much ended. Several hundred thousand deer have been killed. As usual, you are patting yourselves on your backs, telling hunters the deer management policy established more than 20 years ago is responsible for this. Many sportsmen know this is only indirectly true.
