Clayburg Bounces Back withVictory Over Bellwood

The Claysburg-Kimmel boys basketball team traveled to Tyrone Area High School to take part in the Judge Fred B. Miller Reliance Bank Tournament held December 27-28.

The Bulldogs were overmatched in the opener against the host Golden Eagles as they dropped a 77-48 decision.

Brayden Haney’s 25 points were tops for C-K, which won the final quarter with a 14-7 score.

Claysburg was able to bounce back with a 60-57 victory over Bellwood-Antis in the consolation game to claim third place.
