Ethel M. Edwards

Ethel M. Edwards, a resident of Homewood at Martinsburg, went home to be with the Lord Dec. 23, 2024, at UPMC Altoona following recent health complications.

She was born in 1939 in Flinton, Pa., a daughter of the late Brady Ralph and Emma (Schroll) Delaney.

At a young age, Ethel was adopted by the late Alfred G. and Christina (Wightman) Reeder following the death of her mother, and was raised in Altoona. She graduated from Altoona High School in 1957 and married Carl Edwards, Sr. Oct. 3, 1958, in Berryville, Va..
