The Beauty of Restoration in a World of Brokenness

A year ago, a friend of our family was in an intensive care unit. She suffered great trauma when a deer came through the windshield of the car in which she was riding, doing a frightening amount of damage to her. I understand she is greatly recovered but some level of sight is not expected to return. Hearing of the trauma was gut wrenching. Hearing of the restoration awakened joy and thanksgiving. The mercy God showed is beautiful.
