Cow Sets World Record

A Holstein in the herd of Clarence and Kenneth Mowry at Bakers Summit next week will become the world’s most honored cow. On Sunday the 10-year-old cow named Corrine will complete a one-year milking period in which she will set a world record by passing the 50,000 pound mark. She is the first cow of any breed to achieve this milestone in milk production.

Snow mixed with rain, and in some sections sleet, fell throughout Morrisons Cove Sunday and was followed by more snow Monday.
