A discussion took place on the computer fee for Southern Cove Joint Municipal Authority used for Wastewater during the South Woodbury Township Board of Supervisors meeting on November 6.
The conclusion was that the fee for this computer, which is new, would be paid by the Joint Municipal Authority, which is 36% of the bill.
Roadmaster Rick Mussleman reported last month the black top was completed on Golden Rule Road.
A report was given by Rachael White who attended the Bedford County Township Officials Association Convention where they were informed township can utilize a grant writer when needed.
Subdivision and line use was discussed for three residents.
One family will combine all parcels of land into one and then it will be divided evenly among the family members.
One property needed a line change which gave the resident more land given by her father.
The last one was a pole building that was to be built and the plans were approved by the supervisors.
A thank you letter was received from Southern Cove EMS for funds given to them by the township.
Supervisors reviewed new guidelines on compensation they receive for meetings. The new amount will be $100 dollars per supervisor per meeting.
The Township building will be closed on Thursday November 28 for Thanksgiving.
Next month’s meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 3.
