The Martinsburg Municipal Authority will be holding a special meeting on Monday, November 4, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. to discuss the purchase of a vac truck and for general purposes at the municipal building at 110 S. Walnut Street, Martinsburg, PA.

A burn ban has been put in place by Freedom Township Supervisors till further notice. With the dry weather and lots of dead foliage on the ground, fires can get out of control and spread very rapidly. An update will be announced when the Burn Ban is lifted.
