Thompson Of Queen Accused Of Assault

A Queen man is in custody after allegedly threatening a woman with a rifle during a dispute over belongings.

Robert Lee Thompson, 41, was charged Wednesday by Magisterial District Judge Brian K. Baker with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault, terroristic threats, and reckless endangerment.

Unable to post $300,000 bail, he was taken to Bedford County Correctional Facility.
