Juniata Valley Prepares for North Star

On Saturday, Aug 24, 2024, the Juniata Valley Varsity Boys Football team won their game against Newport High School by a score of 34-7.

“It was a very physical game, and I am very proud of the kids,” Bill Musser, head coach said.

He said, while the first half of the game did not go well, the second half was much better.

“From the game, we were able to see where to improve,” Musser said. “I see kids wanting to play football and willing to learn,” he said.

For Juniata Valley they will be on the road for the first time in the season, and will travel to North Star School District in Boswell.
