Kevin Ray Bollman

Kevin Ray Bollman, 53, of Martinsburg, passed away Tuesday morning, Aug. 6, 2024, at UPMC Altoona, following a brief illness.

He was born Dec. 19, 1970, in Altoona, son of Raymond E. and the late Patricia L. (Mock) Bollman.

He is survived by his father, Ray; a sister, Kimberly R. Guyer (Randy); a nephew, Colton L. Guyer, all of Martinsburg; and numerous extended family members and friends he loved dearly.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Byron and Florence Mock and paternal grandmother, Marybelle Bollman.

Kevin was a 1988 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School. He competed in the Blair County Special Olympics for many years in bowling and bocce.

Kevin was employed for many years at Skills of Central PA, Inc., Altoona, where he sorted tools and screws and did various other jobs.

He was a member of Waterside Church of the Brethren in Bedford County.

Kevin loved talking and making friends with everyone he met and spending time with his family. He also enjoyed completing puzzles, turkey shoots with his dad, taking walks and swimming at the Hershberger Memorial Pool at the park in Martinsburg.

A funeral service was held Saturday, Aug. 10, 2024, at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg, (www.bolgerfuneralhome.com). Private inurnment was held at Fairview Cemetery, Martinsburg.
