Southern Cove Power Reunion Cancels Construction Show

The Southern Cove Power Reunion announced at their June meeting that the antique construction and truck show to be held on June 15 is canceled. The club may try to incorporate some of this in the fall show.

June 15 is also the club tractor ride which will start at 10 a.m. from Helsel’s at 211 Smith Road Woodbury. A break will be taken at the Barry Hall property and lunch at OIP in Woodbury.

The tractor pull will be held with weigh in at 3 p.m. and the pull starting at 4 p.m.

A wagon will be provided for those who do not have a tractor to ride on.

There were 191 hook ups at the tractor pull held on April 20. May 18 pull was canceled due to rain and May 25 pull was canceled early due to rain also.

Northern Bedford Alumni FFA is collecting aluminum cans to help get their fundraising efforts started. This will benefit the Northern Bedford FFA Chapter. Follow them on Facebook at Northern Bedford Alumni FFA for events, news and information.

There will be barrels designated for cans at the Power Reunion Grounds starting on June 15.
