Strengths: Leadership from the senior class. We have a strong group of seniors who have all had some success at the varsity level. They're working hard in practice, which seems to be translating well to the underclassmen

Concerns: Health and depth are my main concerns. Our numbers are on the low side this year, so staying healthy will be very important. About half of our roster has plenty of varsity experience, while the other half will be getting their first taste at this level. Our underclassmen will be asked to come in and contribute from the start.''

Overall outlook: A number of these girls put in the work this offseason; I hope they see the fruits of their labor.

Team goals: We hope to be playing our best softball at playoff time.
