Lawmaker’s lobbying firm paid $41K by Game Commission in unusual arrangement.” The article reports that the game commission hired Allegheny Strategy Partners at $10,000 per month to do lobbying work for it with the state legislature.

“One of the three partners in the firm is Joe Scarnati of Jefferson County who held the top leadership post in the State Senate for more than a decade.”
