This or That

Fast away the old year passes. Hail the new, ye lads and lasses. It has probably been a while since anyone has called you a lad or lass, but you must agree, no matter what name you go by, that there are opportunities to have a fresh start with a new year. Obviously when you wake up on January 1 you will be the same person. But there may be ways that you can take small or even large steps to change some things about yourself. Sometimes these come down to contrasts and choices. Let us think about those as we hail the new year.
