Seventeen members of Irmin College Alumni had a banquet at the Green Parrot Tea Room, Altoona, on Saturday evening, Dec. 8. Mrs. Emory Fox and Miss Ruth Brumbaugh, of Roaring Spring were among the number.

Miss Jennie Walter has returned from Snake Spring Valley, where she was acting in the capacity of nurse for the past four weeks for Mrs Elias Baker. Mrs. Baker is convalescing nicely.

Elmer Heeter of Yellow Creek died at Harrisburg on Saturday. He was the son of Thomas and Sadie Heeter of Hopewell Township. At the time of his death he was aged 28 years.
