As more holidays approach, the Martinsburg Business & Professional Women’s Club (BPW) celebrates the season on Thursday, Dec. 21, starting at 5:30 p.m. with a meal, special guest BPW District 5 Director Joan LaSalle and the experiences of Samantha Snowberger, a current Spring Cove School Board member, in Wreaths across America. Through Ms. Snowberger’s efforts, a ceremony in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery will honor local veterans on Dec. 16. The business meeting will follow.
