The Hollidaysburg Arts Council presented A Stained Glass Christmas Workshop in early November.
Board member and instructor Theresa McKeegan said that the class teaches stained glass art, a paint medium that looks like leaded glass once dry.
"We are doing ornaments using Christmas themed ideas or they can use some geometric ideas," McKeegan said.
This is the second stained glass workshop and the first ornament class.
Board member Jill Bulman said that the council does adult workshops, children's summer art camps, Art in the Park and free concerts at Canal Basin Park in Hollidaysburg.
"We sponsor music for borough events such as Pumpkinfest and Winterfest," Bulman said.
The arts council has its meetings on the third Monday of every month in the borough building at 1 p.m.
