Resident Dies of Consumption

John Mansfield, one of Roaring Spring citizens, died on Monday night after a long illness of consumption. Mr. Mansfield leaves a widow and a number of children for whom the future does not have the most flattering outlook. Such cases deserve the aid and sympathy of their fellow citizens.
Several inches of snow fell on Tuesday night and yesterday a regular Northwest blizzard prevailed. The weather was the regular wintery kind.
A beautiful Quincy Granite Monument has lately been erected as the last resting place of Henri D. Dilling in the cemetery at Drab. The monument is a beautiful one. It was furnished by marble cutter R. H. Sipes.
A Cinegraph projecting view entertainment will be given in the Seminary Hall Saturday evening December 3 at 8 o’clock. The Corbitt and Fitzsimmons prizefight will be reproduced. Admission $.10 and $.20.
