Lady Dragons Triumphs in Shootout Victory

The Dragons continued their playoff run with a 2-0 victory over the Forest Hills Lady Rangers early in the week. This led to the Dragons facing the Bedford Lady Bison in the District 5/6 Championship match, where Central took home a 5-4 shootout victory.

The Dragons’ two goals against the Rangers both came from Carli Hart, scoring once at the beginning of each half with an assist from Kira Trexler each time. The offensive-intensive game left the Dragons with possession of the ball for 64 percent of the game, and 23 attempted shots.
