E. Jane Steele

E. Jane Steele, 93, of Martinsburg, passed away Monday evening, Aug. 21, 2023, surrounded by her loving family at her home.

She was born Sept. 25, 1929, in Martinsburg, daughter of the late John F. and Annie A. (Russell) Klepser. On March 27, 1949, she married A. Lloyd Steele in Brunswick, GA. He preceded her in death April 7, 2014, after 65 years of marriage.

She is survived by three children: Pam Harris (Mike), Patty Reid (Jeff), and Mitch Steele (Cherie), all of Martinsburg; 12 grandchildren; 13 greatgrandchildren; and numerous extended family members and friends.
