Northern Bedford FBLA Shows at National Conference

Twenty Northern Bedford FBLA members competed at the highest level at the 2023 National Leadership Conference in Atlanta, Georgia from June 27-30. The conference had over 14,000 attendees from around the globe. Students attended workshops, exhibits, listened to guest speakers, and watched their fellow FBLA members compete. When not at the conference, members attended an Atlanta Braves game, the Georgia Aquarium, the College Football Hall of Fame, and the World of Coca Cola. State officer Avery Aungst represented Northern Bedford as Pennsylvania Vice President at Large #1.

Northern Bedford FBLA had three finalists, meaning they were in the top 15 of their competitive events out of nearly 100 teams. Finalists were as follows: Jacob Sensenig, Client Service; Jacob Sensenig, Myah Douglas, Evan Coffey, American Enterprise Project; Avery Aungst, Aleah Loose, and Jaylyn Resh, Introduction to Social Media Stategies.

Aungst, Loose, and Resh took home the ninth place trophy in their event, making the sophomores national placewinners for two consecutive years.

Sensenig finishes his FBLA Career as a four-time National Finalist.
