A Job Well Done

Freedom Township employee Doug Grace, who retired after 23 years of service, was honored with a dinner at Marzoni's Restaurant on July 21. State Sen. Judy Ward (R-30) presented Grace with a plaque commemorating his more than two-decades in Freedom Township while the Freedom Township Supervisors presented him with a plaque emblazoned with the township trucks. Grace also served with the Freedom Township and Claysburg Volunteer Fire Departments for nearly 30 years. Shown is Grace surrounded by Sen. Ward and Freedom Township Supervisor Tim James.
