It has been a busy summer in the Borough of Roaring Spring with three construction projects taking place simultaneously. The Five-Points and Main Street projects will be more aesthetically pleasing when completed than the underground work replacing waterlines throughout the borough, but they are all part of the borough's efforts to upgrade the town both visually and functionally.
