New Report Outlines Roadmap for Improved CTE in Pennsylvania

PA Schools Work, Keystone Research Center and Children First released “Meeting the Demand for New Workers – Investing in Career Related Learning for High School Students,” an examination of the challenges and opportunities for career and technical education (CTE) in Pennsylvania. Ahead of Governor Josh Shpapiro’s first budget address, the report laid out a roadmap for modernizing and right-sizing Pennsylvania’s underfunded and decentralized K-12 career and technical education programs, including dual enrollment programs (simultaneous enrollment in high school and college courses).
