Picnic season is coming up soon. I have already been hounding my parents to make the trek up to our house to have a cookout. I am just so hungry for picnic food. This inspired my thoughts for two recipes this week — staples at any picnic — potato and macaroni salad.
Potato Salad
Ingredients:
8 medium red potatoes, cubed
4-5 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2/3 cup sour cream
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
