Anniversary Celebrated

Mr. and Mrs. H.A. Liebegott, well known and highly respected citizens of this place, celebrated the fiftieth anniversary of their marriage, at their home on Christian street on Easter Sunday, having with them on this occasion their children and grandchildren is a happy family reunion. Nine children were born from this union, six of whom are living and attended this anniversary celebration, presenting their parents with one of the present day musical instruments, a Pathe talking machine.

On Tuesday evening the last week a farewell party was given for Miss Grace Burket, who left on Monday for Philadelphia where she entered the University hospital for a course in nurses’ training. The party was held at the Burket home on North Market street, and the guests enjoyed a very pleasant evening together.

Crawford Black and son Howard on Monday took charge of the White Front Meat Market and Grocery recently purchased from Musser Kreider.
