Putting cows on the front page since 1885.
As we start the new year, many of you are probably wondering about upcoming meetings, in particular the agronomic pesticide updates or 2+2 meetings. To register for a Penn State event, visit the corresponding link next to the heading of the meeting or workshop or call Penn State Extension customer service at (877) 345-0691. Any specific questions regarding the details of a meeting, please contact Leanna Duppstadt at (814) 483-7156 or [email protected].
The Crops Days and Pasture or Hay Workshops, are day-long events that include multiple speakers and a lunch, with agendas available online. Please take notice that there are many 2+2 meetings that are non-PSU hosted events that we call partnership meetings. These are local events that have usually been held previously in a county, please do NOT contact the PSU number to register.
Only Penn State Events were listed on the mailer sent out from the university by the Pesticide Education Department which has caused some confusion but hopefully this will fill in the gaps. Please share this list with other friends and farmers to keep them up to date on upcoming meetings.
