Timothy John Weyandt

Timothy John Weyandt, 82, a resident of Hillview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, formerly of Martinsburg, passed away Saturday, Jan. 14, 2023, at the home.

He was born Aug. 7, 1940, in Roaring Spring, son of the late Grant and Marie (Rightenour) Weyandt.

He is survived by seven children: Deb Claar, Tyane Beman, Allen Weyandt, Tonia Grabill, Kim Benton, Tammy Detterline and Ethan Weyandt, 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, two brothers: Terry and Richard Weyandt and a sister Susan Decker.

He was preceded in death by a sister Olive Massaro, and four brothers: Sonny, Larry, Irvin and Herbert.

Tim retired as a truck driver from Penndot and was also employed at New Enterprise Stone and Lime Company.

He was a member of Faith Assembly of God Church, Roaring Spring and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until noon on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2023, at the Faith Assembly of God Church, 4870 Cove Mountain Rd., Roaring Spring, PA 16673. Funeral services will be held at noon Thursday, Jan. 19, at the church. Pastor Delbert Smith will be officiating. Interment will be at Dry Hill Cemetery, Woodbury.
