Claysburg Man Jailed On Abuse Charges

A Claysburg man is behind bars after police said he physically and sexually abused a young boy beginning when the child was eight years old.

William Dale Richardson, 52, is facing felony charges on involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child, and intimidation to refrain from reporting as well as misdemeanor counts of simple assault and terroristic threats after police were notified by Blair County Children and Family Services about the possible assault of a child.
