Herald Goes to Iceland With Staff Member

The Herald's Circulation Manager Lugene Shelly (holding Herald) brought an edition with her on a recent trip to Iceland.

Shelly traveled with a group of 48, including (from left) Lou Ann Grove, Stan Grove, Pattie Conlon, Jerome Conlon, Tim Tate, Linda Newcombe, and Nate Ormsby.

The group took this photo in front of the statue of Einar Benediktsson. Benediktsson is one of Iceland's most beloved poets. This sculpture was done by Asmudur Sveinsson. It is located at Höfði House in Reykjavík.
