The number of voters in the 2012 presidential election met or exceeded the turnout for the 2008 election in many Cove-area precincts. Cove voters favored Mitt Romney over Barack Obama

Morrisons Cove Memorial Park’s Property and Building Committee was looking for volunteers for a “Rake and Roll” leaf removal project. Volunteers were asked to bring rakes and assist in cleaning up the park.
