Grace Community Church formerly Woodbury Cafe opened its doors to adults and children as part of an "All Halloween Eve" celebration, according to Pastor Brad Reed.

Southern Cove Fire Company and ambulance provided extra lighting to make the event safe. This was extremely helpful in slowing down traffic through this area.
