The September monthly meeting of the Hollidaysburg School District Board of Directors committee of the whole/voting meeting was highlighted by a spirited discussion over establishment of a gender identity policy.
School board member Carmen Bilek wanted a policy established because it is in question whether teachers can initiate any type of gender identity discussion in any way.
