Circus Coming to Altoona

The Barnum and Bailey Circus is coming to Altoona, and the railroad is selling special low cost round trip tickets to the show. The circus was considered to be the most incomparable exhibition in the entire world.
The oldest “old maid” we have heard of for some time is 105 years old. Being recently interviewed by a newspaper correspondent, she opened up the history of her life and stated that, after being asked why she never married, she had but two beaux in all her life ,and neither one had the sand to pop the question, and she therefore became disgusted with the sons of Adam, and resolved to go it alone.
