Strengths: "For the first time since I have been head coach, consistency across the coaching staff will be in place. Offensively and defensively we will look very similar to previous years. Our strength is the stable of skilled players we have so trying to get the ball into as many people's hands will be a challenge for the staff."

Concerns: "Developing depth at positions."

Overall Outlook: "This team has the potential to make positive strides. Many players saw meaningful varsity minutes which should equate to more confidence. Year in and year out, the ICC is one of the more competitive conferences in our area. As a small school, our success hinges on staying healthy and reducing opportunities for our opponents. If we can eliminate turnovers and increase pressure on the opposing quarterbacks, we have the potential for a special season.
