Strengths: “I saw and heard about a lot of players on this team, who were at the golf course a lot throughout the summer, and some who basically lived there.”

Concerns: “We aren’t as deep as we were last year with competitive tournament-experienced players.”

Overall outlook: “I’m very optimistic this season. I have some underclassmen that put a ton of time into their game and got some really good competitive rounds under their belts over the summer. If we can have some newcomers step up and give the team some solid competitive rounds, we could make a run again this season.”

Team goals: “Get better as a team as the season goes on, and hopefully be at our best when playoff time rolls around.”
