Joseph F. Wachter, IV

Joseph F. Wachter, IV, 86, of New Enterprise, passed away July 17, 2022, at the Village at Morrisons Cove.

He was born Aug. 18, 1935, in Johnstown, son of the late Joseph F. III and Gladys P. (Walter) Wachter. On Aug. 30, 1956, in New Enterprise, he was united in marriage to Alice Marie (Swartz) Wachter, who survives.

His is survived by his wife, Alice Marie Wachter; son, Joseph F. Wachter, V (wife, Chris) of Chambersburg; daughter, Lisa Parfitt (husband, John) of Sanford, Fla.; sister, Barbara Robinson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
