Last month, Roaring Spring Borough Council eased some of the restrictions on who can access Plum Creek Mountain by allowing Taylor Township residents and one guest to register to hunt the land. While the move addressed one concern of residents opposed to council’s decision to limit use of the ground, it wasn’t enough to stop the criticism leveled toward the borough since the policy change last year.
