Robert Ellis Burket Jr.

Robert Ellis Burket Jr., 59, of Portage, passed away June 12, 2022, at home.

He was born June 7, 1963, in Roaring Spring, the son of Robert Burket Sr. and Shirley Albright.

He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents: Mahlon and Elizabeth Burket and Edna and John Causer.

He is survived by his mother, daughter Eva Wissinger and granddaughter Devine Wissinger of Altoona; fiance Paula Miller and her son Bryce Miller; brothers Ryan Burket, and Jason Burket; sisters Pat Schafer and Robin Flanagan. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

He retired from Portage Power Wash, E.F. Smith Trucking of Roaring Spring and Helsels Lumber Mill. He enjoyed doing mechanical work, riding quads and helping others. He was always quick to lend a hand and was very well liked in the Portage and Martinsburg areas. He also loved his cats and dogs. He will be missed by so many.

The services and burial will be private.
