A sobriety checkpoint will be conducted by the Pennsylvania State Police within Blair County from April 21 to May 7.
Motorists that encounter the checkpoint will be stopped briefly. When there is an indication that a driver has consumed alcohol and/or controlled substances or committed any other violation of the law, the occupants may be detained for further questioning.
Primary emphasis will be on driving under the influence, but all laws will be enforced.
