Fast Time Adopted

Most municipalities and organizations in the Cove decided to adopt fast time with the rest of the country on April 27. Daylight Savings Time was not popular in the Cove, but most saw it as the lesser of two evils: fast time or a mixture of fast or slow time. All schools in Bedford and Blair County, with the possible exception of New Enterprise, were changing to fast time.
