Strengths: “We return our entire starting varsity lineup from last year and our roster is dominated by seniors. We have the senior leadership we’ve been lacking the last few years.”

Concerns: “I don’t want the team to be content with the success we had last year. We need to continually work to improve individual skills and as a team. Last year can’t be a plateau, we’ve got to keep pushing to improve."

Overall Outlook: “We’re very optimistic about the possibilities of this team. We’re able to set team goals that haven’t been a possibility for many years.”
