Martinsburg Borough Council's monthly meeting had a special guest. Solicitor from Gieg Law Offices, Attorney Matt Gieg, brought his daughter Emily along after she asked if she could attend a meeting with him.
"It's nice, you have your daughter here, and I have my son here," said Mayor Rich Brantner Sr., in reference to Borough Manager Rich Brantner Jr.
"I'm the proudest guy in the room," said Gieg.
