Kathy J. Stiver, 65, of Williamsburg, passed away Tuesday morning, Jan. 11, 2022, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.

She was born June 28, 1956, in Phoenixville, daughter of the late Alfred D. and Beatrice M. (Rennard) Brodowski. Kathy was twice married.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas L. Stiver Sr. of Williamsburg; three sons: Richard W. Parks Jr. (Jenn) of Indiana, Craig A. Parks of Williamsburg and Kenneth R. Parks (Angela) of Ore Hill; a step-son, Thomas L. Stiver Jr. of East Freedom; a step-daughter, Dottie Patterson of Williamsburg; eight grandchildren; three greatgrandchildren; two sisters: Denice L. Andre (Robert) and Patricia Winters; and three brothers: Allen Brodowski (Deborah), Brian Brodowski and Kevin Brodowski.

Kathy was preceded in death by an infant son, Joseph Parks; and a grandson, Christian Parks.

She attended Phoenixville High School and was a member of the Restoration Church of God, Altoona. Kathy volunteered at the Williamsburg Food Bank and also made blankets for the St. Vincent DePaul Society at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Williamsburg.

Kathy was primarily a homemaker who loved spending time with her family, especially going out to dinner and also enjoyed playing cards and watching television crime shows.

At the request of the deceased there will be no public services.

Memorial contributions in memory of Kathy may be given to the Williamsburg Food Bank, 217 Plum St., Williamsburg, PA 16693.
