Grace E. Grove

Grace E. Grove, 91, of Williamsburg, passed away Thursday evening, Dec. 16, 2021, at Mountain Laurel Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Clearfield.

She was born Jan. 24, 1930, in rural Williamsburg, daughter of the late Robert Lloyd and Ruhama (Anderson) Robley. On May 16, 1958 she married Ralph W. Grove in Woodbury Township. He preceded her in death March 7, 2003.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Grace was the last of nine children, being preceded in death by two sisters: Jenny R. Robley and Elsie May Royer; and six brothers: Walter A., Harry L., Elmer S., John A., Marion T. and James E. Robley.

Grace was a 1948 graduate of Williamsburg High School and a longtime member of Zion Lutheran Church, Williamsburg.

She worked for 22 years in the cafeteria for the Williamsburg School District. Grace also made many beautiful wedding and birthday cakes for family and friends in Williamsburg.

Grace loved traveling with her husband, Ralph and also enjoyed feeding birds.

A funeral was held Monday, Dec. 20, 2021, at Zion Lutheran Church, Williamsburg. Pastor Tiffany E. Marvich officiated. Private interment was held at Shellytown-Fairview Cemetery, rural Williamsburg.

Memorial contributions in memory of Grace may be given to Zion Lutheran Church, 217 Plum St., Williamsburg, PA 16693 or your favorite Williamsburg community organization.
