C&S Owner Dies Unexpectedly

Tim Cleveland, owner of C&S Markets in Martinsburg and Claysburg, unexpectedly died on Tuesday, Dec. 14.

Cleveland’s death comes just weeks after the announcement that both stores were closing. The Claysburg location was in the process of a liquidation sale that began last Sunday.

A GoFundMe to help with funeral expenses has raised nearly $8,000 so far. There will be more on the passing of Cleveland in next week's edition of the Herald....
