The Claysburg Area Public Library hosted a Holiday Open House on Dec. 4. Activities were available for all ages.
The young children's section offered a "dress the snowman" activity. There was also finger painting of Christmas trees and coloring pages. A robot mouse entertained the children who coded it to find a piece of cheese.
Older children enjoyed making peppermint slime. Materials were set out on tables to make cards and Christmas ornaments. Special letter-to-Santa paper was used to make sure that their wishes reached the North Pole.
